Osvany is a co-founding partner of Everyone. He is an enthusiastic practitioner, encouraging himself and the Everyone team to consistently find interesting ways to integrate storytelling with advertising and brand communication. His ability to seamlessly move across disciplines – he is equally at home as a creative director, designer, brand strategist, writer, and business marketer – sets the foundation for a production company that does not separate strategy from compelling and original storytelling. A man of few words, Osvany is in charge of creating an always-evolving streamlined production process and developing the careers of our young directors.

Karla is a founding member of Everyone. Being a strong problem solver, Karla feels at home as a producer, overcoming obstacles and challenges in a creative way. Due to constant communication with clients and providers, she’s developed a sense of empathy and flexibility that fits perfectly with Everyone’s way of work. One of her many proficiencies is her immense appetite for knowledge, and through her work, she’s surrounded herself with creative and talented individuals she can learn from, and in turn, help them develop their true passion. With years of experience in film production, experiential marketing and event organization, Karla is a sensitive, firm believer in diversity and respect in the workplace. A deeply passionate producer who sees a solution in every situation.
